Anyone still alive out there?

Hey guys, sorry for the radio silence and lack of updates. Life's been busy this summer/fall.

Maru-Light and I have still been writing non stop through the madness, so for those of you still out there, reading along, thank you!

We realize that updates have been a bit slower lately but I'm hoping that once things settle down after this month, we'll be able to speed things up a bit. As it is, we're only about 3 chapters away from the conclusion of
I'm Not Okay. It's been a year in the making, already!
There's been a lot of updates in regards to the future of the Redeemer series, what's coming up next, what's in the works now, etc... but you have to head over to our forum to see it. The most recent (and important!) update can be found here:
[link]In terms of everything else - as you can probably tell, photoshoots have been few and far between these days. But those that do see light of day are most likely posted over on Flickr. We recently attended the NJ Zombie Walk in Asbury Park, which was a fuckton of fun. I should actually post a couple of the shots I took that day. And more recently, we attended NYCC. It was a madhouse.

We wore Party Poison & Fun Ghoul on Sat, got to get a glimpse of Gerard Way doing the signing at the Dark Horse booth and I got out of that weekend with a severe case of con plague. Yay! The joys of conventions.

You may have noticed the urbex photography spam I put up last night. We returned to one of our favorite sites last month with a guide and had a great time. Saw so so much this time around. Climbed onto the roof of a Victorian 19th century building, climbed through an endless amount of windows, walked across crumbling floors, through the second floor window of a morgue, up high into the rusting depths of a power plant, into an elevated coal pit... it was outstanding. We were filthy and exhausted and feeling the hurt for several days there after. But totally worth it!
Besides, I got the satisfaction of surprising Maru by presenting her with an engagement ring while we stood there, filthy and covered in tar from the roof, within the administration wing of a decaying Victorian building.

(Spoiler: she said yes.

Lastly - an exciting music-related update! Any of you in the tri-state area who happen to be fans of Black Veil Brides... you should definitely try and make it to their January 20th show at the Starland Ballroom in NJ. My buds from A Midnight Tragedy are opening for them, and it's lining up to be a kickass show!

Till next time!
